PRICES AND REBATES

Sessions can be conducted in person or web based 

Individual Consultation: $265 (50 min)

After-hours Consultation: $295 (50 min)

Payment is organised through Halaxy, an online medical management platform.  The fee will automatically be deducted from your credit card once the card details have been recorded from your intake form. You will also be provided with a receipt. 

Private Health Insurance

Private health insurance policies can rebate a portion of fees with extras cover  (specific rebates and annual limits vary).

Medicare: Mental Health Care Plans

You may be eligible for a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan, offering rebates of $141.85 per session (Clinical Psychology: Item 80010 & Item 91167) for 6-10 sessions per calendar year. Medicare rebates will also be automatically done through Halaxy.  Please note this can take 24 hours for funds to appear in your account.

Reports/LettersReports or Letters will be considered on a case by case basis and charged at the APS recommended fees - Please go to https://psychology.org.au 

Payment is invoiced independently by TB Therapy.

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within this period or fail to attend fees will apply unless there are extenuating circumstances.  Please note that the following fees apply:

48-24 hours notice - $100

Less than 24 hours notice - $150

No show - Full Fee of $265
