I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist. This experience enables me to offer effective, evidence-based and individualized psychological care. I treat a wide range of mental health difficulties. This typically involves having an assessment and then jointly creating a treatment plan. We monitor your progress via agreed goals.
My focus is to facilitate increased self-awareness, clarity and to create change. I provide the space, structure and questions to help create clarity. Once we have a greater understanding of the origin and pattern of your difficulties, we build upon strengths and learn new strategies that create change, connection and empowerment.
I am committed to my clients. I care about what my clients want and where they want to be in their lives. I provide a space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, warm and stimulating. I am comfortable with emotion and 'tricky brains'. I find my work meaningful and I am inspired by the therapy process.

Using computers and mobile devices without the need for face-to-face appointments, Telehealth presents opportunities for people to access consistent quality mental health treatment at a convenient time, from the privacy of their own home.
Tracy uses a simple secure video communication platform built specifically for the health industry called Coviu, which offers privacy and is fully protected. You can access this from any browser on any device, and you don’t need to download software or register – it’s all covered by the practice registration. Clients simply receive a unique URL which will take you straight to the online session.
People come to therapy for many reasons. For example; it may be to understand and process experiences from the past, to impact on issues effecting the 'here-and-now', to understand yourself better in relation to others, to sleep better, to perform better etc. You can 'start' where you want and ask for what help you need. Some clients feel clear about where to start, some feel less sure - either way, my experience will guide you through the process.
